Hence, we developed the Fair Wage principle.

Our rate for selling a home is 4.5% total to the seller for both the listing and buying commissions. Additionally, if you buy with us, our Fair Wage practices could get you cash back at closing or a cheaper purchase price, your choice. Don’t confuse us with a discount brokerage; we are a full service company. We operate leaner while maintaining excellence and we pass the savings on to you.
