As stated in Our Vision, we operate under the Fair Wage principle for clients.   Did you know that the seller pays all of the agent commission fees; both for their listing agent AND they pay the buyer’s agent as well?  Don't pay the traditional 6% total commission. Our rate for selling a home is 4.5% total to the seller for both the listing and buying commissions.  Put that savings back into  your pocket!
