PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
Our team currently manages several personal properties, as well as additional clients. Our team works together to give you a personalized experience, the best exposure and to find the best tenants. By using our property management services, your listing will be set up in our online system. Prior to listing and managing your property, we personally walk the unit(s), learn the property, obtain all the information and pictures needed to have a Top Notch leasing "ad" as we market the property. Once that is complete, we will set up the ad and advertise to over 30 online rental sites. Each tenant goes through a background and credit check as well as checking references to ensure you have the best possible tenants.
Management services include 24/7 availability to field all calls from residents for maintenance items, questions, concerns, rent collection/notices. We will then facilitate subcontractors if needed for any repairs. Our services also include financials: collection of rent and fees, holding and reconciling of security, and payment of all rent to the owner each month. When a lease is up and a tenant vacates, we will manage the releasing portion as well. This includes re-marketing, fielding application questions and calls, field all calls, complete applications, tenant screening and execute a lease with the tenant.
